Forcing flexibility before you're ready rarely feels good. A Pyre Fit block shortens the distance your hips, hands and head need to travel, which means your pelvis stays neutral, your spine stays long, and your weight rests in a comfortable, supported position instead of straining toward the floor.
Under your sit bones in a seated forward fold, under your back in a supported bridge or between your thighs in chair pose, the block becomes a passive support tool. You can relax more easily because the floor feels closer — and only then do your hips and hamstrings ease comfortably into the stretch.

Engineered high-density, closed-cell EVA
Cheap yoga blocks get crushed under body weight, lose their shape and creak — because they're made of low-density, open-cell foam. Pyre Fit blocks are moulded from 70 kg/m3 high-density, closed-cell EVA, the same class of material used in marine flotation devices and orthopedic shoe midsoles.
A closed-cell structure means every foam cell is sealed, so the block doesn't absorb sweat, moisture or bacteria, doesn't soften over time and holds its shape under more than 287 lb (130 kg) of compression. The bevelled 45-degree edges are CNC-cut, not rounded by hand, so the chamfer feels even under your palms, hips and forehead.
The surface is finished with a fine satin texture that grips dry or sweaty skin without feeling sticky — the same micro-texture used on Olympic-grade Pilates equipment.
