1. Seller and scope

This store is operated by Ecom Empire OÜ (for the address, see the Legal Notice). The offer is directed at customers with a delivery address in Canada.

2. Products and prices

Product features are described on the respective product page. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. The total amount shown before the order is completed is authoritative. Depending on Canadian regulations, import duties, taxes or customs brokerage fees may apply if they are not already included in the total shown at checkout.

3. Ordering and payment

By clicking “Buy now”, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we send our order confirmation by email. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

4. Shipping

Standard shipping within Canada is free. Delivery usually takes 6–9 business days. Our Shipping Policy applies.

5. Withdrawal, returns and exchanges

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. In addition, we grant a voluntary 30-day right of return and a free size exchange for clothing. You'll find details and the withdrawal instructions in our Return and Withdrawal Policy.

6. Legal warranty and 5-year warranty

Statutory rights in respect of defects apply. For the heating system of heated clothing, we additionally grant a 5-year warranty in accordance with our Return and Withdrawal Policy.

7. Safe use

Please follow the product description and all safety and usage instructions. For heated clothing, remove the battery before washing. Our wellness products are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

The content and trademarks of the store may not be reproduced or used commercially without written consent, except where permitted by law.
