Yes. The fabric is water-repellent and waterproof, so a bit of rain doesn't mean heading straight home. Just keep the power bank connections dry and let them dry before you reconnect the power bank.
Every garment is checked individually before shipping. Ships within 1–2 business days. You'll get the tracking link by email.
Leave the tags on the garment and check the fit with your winter clothes.
If the size doesn't fit, just write to us: you'll get a free return label and the new size. Returns are possible within 30 days.

Up to 12 h on setting 1, about 10 h on setting 2 and about 8 h on setting 3, depending on the outside temperature.
Both versions have four heating groups that you turn on individually or together with four buttons, and three settings up to 45 °C. The 21-zone version heats with more zones. The photos of your version show where they are.
Choose your usual size. If you'll wear a thick sweater underneath or you're between two sizes, go with the larger one. The size chart runs from S to 6XL. If it doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for free.
Yes. Remove the power bank, wash in the laundry bag on a gentle cycle up to 30 °C, and don't put it in the dryer. The heating system is tested for 300 washes. Only reconnect once it's completely dry.
Yes. The jacket has been tested at -23 °C. On freezing days, choose setting 3: approx. 45 °C at the heating zones.
Yes. Hood on for wind and snow, hood off at the office or in the car.
Yes. Without the power bank, you wear it like a regular lined winter jacket – just without the extra warmth.
Yes. It's a power bank with a USB port – handy when you're on the go.
The heating elements run on 5-volt low voltage via USB – like a phone charger. Always remove the power bank before washing.
