Use and care
For indoor use. Switch off and remove both batteries before cleaning. Clean according to the care label and only reconnect the batteries once the slippers are completely dry. Switch off after wearing.

Which size should I choose?
Choose your usual shoe size. The model is unisex and available in EU sizes 34 to 46. If you're between two sizes, go for the larger one. If they don't fit, we'll exchange them for free.
Do I need an outlet while wearing them?
No. Each slipper has its own battery. To charge, take the batteries out and plug them into the charger.
How warm do they get?
Use the button on the side to choose one of three settings: low, medium or high. Start with the low one.
How long does the battery last?
It depends on the heat setting. On a low setting, each 5,000 mAh battery lasts longer than on a high one.
How do I clean them?
